Sparking, Rooting, Growing, Releasing

"We are all co-creators of our lives. All we need to do to create the life we want is know what we want, root it, allow it to grow with focus, and then release it."

We journey around the shamanic medicine wheel over a 4 month period, focusing on one element per month. We begin with Fire in the East (creative spark), moving to Earth in the South (nurturing roots). This is followed by Air in the North (focused growth), and we close the circle with Water in the West, (surrendered release).

Each direction and its relevant element will bring you the medicine that is required by you at that moment to create, root, grow, release and manifest your desires. Each workshop is four hours long and the cycle runs over a four month period, however the workshops are designed to be booked as ‘stand-alone’ workshops too.
