Learn how to cultivate a heightened state of present moment awareness, calm and clarity through a mindfulness-based meditation day. We will explore mindfulness as a way of being in the world, allowing life to unfold around us. Always guided, breath by breath, moment by moment.

One of the key components of Mindfulness Practice is the gift of awareness, allowing you to become present to all that is here and now. This practice gives you the opportunity to nurture the observer within and to find acceptance in what you see.
We will approach various aspects of Mindful Practices throughout the day.

- Sound Meditation
This is an experiential day with short periods of silence, the purpose of the day will be to engage with each practice in a gentle, non-judgemental way.
