Mindfulness: The Compassionate Witness
Dates: 16, 23, 30 August & 6 September (4 Wednesday classes)

Mindfulness is a pragmatic tool for successfully dealing with life challenges in each moment of Now – a way of accessing the Joy of Being. When entering the Mindful state, you experience yourself as an observer to your current life event, a state that empowers you to handle negativity and make better decisions. Compassion for yourself, others and life develops naturally as a result of your ongoing practice.
This course will create an atmosphere of peaceful loving–kindness as you are taught the basics of how to access the Mindful state and the wonderful benefits of practicing Mindfulness, such as transforming challenging emotions like anxiety and fear, as well as dissipating minor aches and pains.
